Why is paint correction done before the ceramic coating?
A coating locks in the exact condition of the paint underneath, so any swirls or imperfections must be removed first. Correcting the paintwork beforehand means the ceramic bonds to a flawless, properly prepared surface — you protect a perfect finish, not a flawed one, which is why the two are offered together as one package.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The ceramic coating is backed by a lifetime warranty covering its protective and hydrophobic performance, provided the vehicle is maintained as advised. Because the paint is fully corrected and decontaminated first, the coating bonds correctly and lasts.
Can all scratches be removed?
Most swirls and light-to-moderate scratches can be substantially corrected. Very deep scratches that have gone through the clear coat may be improved but not fully removed. Every vehicle is assessed first and the realistic result discussed up front.
